I believe Tesla has mobile services where they send out vans for services.
That said, the potato build quality of them means that usually, mobile services won't cut it. You would have to send the car in.
I am not against EV as grocery getters but I wouldn't get a Tesla because I hate Tesla owners. Most cults will look like kindergarteners in front the Tesla cult.
