I believe Heath has some experience with the SCT programmers.
Honestly, I feel the HP Tuners software and hookup is the best bet. But not everyone wants to buy the software, cable, and a laptop to work with it. Plus the software has a steep learning curve. Unless you find someone to program a tune for you and email it to you.
