Joe is awesome for what he does. He was always a great help while I waited for 7 months on my 2021 2SS 1LE order and my last 22 ZL1 order. The problem with a lot dealers, they don't know what they are doing on tracking orders and I've even encountered that the salesman who I ordered through doesn't work there anymore. You think the new hire who isn't getting anything from a sale he didn't make is going to help. And management isn't going to give a crap to even return a call.
Why in today's day and age GM and all the others don't have a better system. Amazon which moves who knows how many millions of packages daily, along with UPS, Fed Ex and even the poorly run Postal Service can narrow it down to the day and Amazon will even give you a couple hour window.
