Honestly drag racing for the first time at camarofest 7 has changed my perspective from shows to racing. I enjoyed the hang out aspect of the shows but the penis contest atmosphere at most got old after a year or two. I don't even race for a trophy, bragging rights among my friends and bettering my times are infinitely better.

There are some that drag race hardcore, as they do it every weekend and need to be on top of changes and understanding their setups. They want to be the best, as they work hard at it, and that is great.
Then, others, like myself, just run the car for fun and not really caring who is faster, slower, other than to just give a little hard time at the parking lot party. And for a whole year go "I beat Racergirl", knowing we didn't even race against each other. LOL
