Maybe a small leak in a hose or the radiator that has been leaking for a long time? Check the front of the radiator through the grill to see if maybe a rock has damaged it. Also check the water pump for an indication of a leak. Hot dexcool might evaporate before it leaves a drip or stain. I suggest you monitor the fluid level in the overflow tank to see how quickly it goes down. That might give you an idea of how big the leak is.
