In case anyone comes across this in the future, I used Auto Appraisals Carolinas. Just a mobile inspector for all kinds of transactions. Mainly does PPIs and valuations/Appraisals. Went to dealership and looked it all over, plus used paint meter. Will get super in-depth report. All for $450
