I drive an automatic and as per Chevy P/N # 84134669 includes only gas & brake pedal.

I went to a local Cadillac dealership to get more info and found it.
P/N # 23390862 will include the dead pedal and will fit our 6th gen camaro
P/N # 84134669 doesn't include the dead pedal

Hope this info helps folks if u plan to order one
