Or maybe just one: dirty, sheared fluid. Seems folks that even dont track, change it every 12k miles or so, as they notice notchiness when shifting manuals (which goes away with fresh fluid). Now an A10 will work much harder than M6 imo. So, if you have close to max track days PLUS daily driving, your fluid could simply be way beyond toast.
I'd take it to a dealer and have them change it asap. Given you are not positive re root cause, having a dealer change it is important, as owner's manual specifically says it should be done there for A10 track duty.
