On a hot summer day. A few minutes max. Drive easy for a few then all is fair.
A nice cool fall day. Lets say 50 F. Between 5-10 minutes. Then again drive easy for a few.
To me its more about warming all the aluminum that the motor is made of slowly dependent on ambient air temp.
