Living in a coastal climate at sea level.

Regular driving
Coolant temp is about 196-206
Oil ranges from 206-216
Trans temp 100-110 city/steady at 125 freeway

Spirited driving
Coolant temp is about 210-216
Oil ranges from 216-229
Trans temp 110-120 city/125-135 freeway

I've noticed the oil is about 10 degrees higher than coolant. Was told this was normal operating level since I had the thermostat sensor replaced.
