Yes, I remember finding an official page with the complete list of engine builders and the number of (Corvette) engines each of them built up to some date, so they probably aren't surprised.
Someone also posted a link to their youtube video the other day that describes these badges, and the builder, Robert Hodge I believe, commented on their video.
