As Monroe says, don't ask for opinions in a forum, find an engine builder or a competent shop instead.
Also, there is a rev limiter that is set to a safe value, so even if the transmission somehow failed to upshift, the engine couldn't have been over-revved. I have never heard of a money shift on an auto, especially since you say in another post that what happened was the paddle didn't activate 2nd when you reached the top of 1st, so there was nothing for the trans to "money shift" into.
