Good luck finding the 690s for sale. I don't think they are used in the Ferrari Challenge series anymore and don't know if they are even manufactured.
Basically if you want to run take off slicks, you better buy 18s.
Edit: looks like used racing tires has them back in stock, but who knows how many / how long. I'd still recommend 18s if slicks are your plan.
