I'm not 100% sure yet, I've thought about doing some stereo updates in the future. Maybe replacing the amp or the speakers or both. I've got a 2LT so its got the Boston Acoustics system, but that is one thing I've actually been kinda disappointed in. It doesn't sound terrible, but to me sometimes its almost like there is a blanket over the sound. It can be kinda muddy and woofy sounding at times. Also it doesn't seem to have much bass. I'm not one to need rumbling bass, I just like some tight bass to round out the sound. However, it seems like it only gets down to the low mids, like the 200-300hz range. Honestly this may be the cause of most of the sound issues. That 200-300 range tends to be pretty woofy sounding. Sorry for the tangent, lol!
