yes, orange/bronze dust is very common with all the aggressive pads but they won't do any harm to the wheels or paint like DTC 60/70 pads, at least in my case I never had any issue and was able to wash it away.
If I remember correctly that was the material in the Hawk pads
compound causing the issue.
