^^ Dilute it, will get rid of the streaking. I diluted it 1:10 and still had beading, after about 5 weeks completely exposed to the elements, albeit, not as great as day 1 off application.
After about a week, the TW s&S side of the hood is noticeably beading better than the hcw side. Also, less water seems to stay on the TW s&s side of the hood, after a rainstorm. Both TW s&s and HCW were applied full strength for the hood comparison.
