Been driving in my city for 20 years and I still check Google Maps out of curiosity whenever I drive somewhere. 99% of the time I agree with the route that Google Maps suggests, avoiding routes with bad traffic. I check Apple Maps a few times a week or so and noticed that it doesn't seem to care about heavy traffic unless the traffic is basically at a stand still. I regularly see Apple Maps suggesting very bad routes while Google Maps provides the best route 99 times out of 100.

Also my street was built two years ago and Google Maps has displayed my street for a little over a year, Apple Maps still doesn't have my street.
