Difference is the quality of customer service. Any issues with my car USAA had it fixed or paid out in literally 3-4 days. I have family members and friends that have Geico and they have to fight for weeks or months to get geico to cover something. They fight you on everything and try to get out of having to pay. I know a few that have had a decent experience with them, but the vast majority of those I've encountered do not.
