So does the time have to be the fastest lap at said track. For instance I have a much slower lap than RP at the Charlotte Roval.

Tires= Goodyear Supercar 3's
Mods= Castrol SRF Brake Fluid, OEM Track alignment (not maxed camber)
1:47.62 unfortunately that was my cleanest shot at a low traffic lap.
