I have several threads on this topic going and all that replied that knew and posted their build date were 2020s with a 2020 build date.
There was a possible 2019 build date on a ZL1 with the LT4 engine that I saw on another site, but to the best of my knowledge it was not confirmed.
This is not to say that there are no earlier date LT1 equipped Camaros with the PBC Plaques, just that if they are out there they haven’t replied as yet.
