The speedo is based on driven wheels, and you're still within ABS and stabilitrak tolerance with your current setup (otherwise you'd be seeing ABS and traction control lights in the dash and drivability would be compromised), so IMO there is no urgent need to fix anything. You must have spent a lot on the wheels+tires already, just change up the front tires next time you need a set.
