Both be plenty capable. Drivers will be main influencer.
Z07 brakes won't fade but it will overheat and zL1 will have a smoking steel rotors.
1LE be a pretty rare sighting where wide body c7's are everywhere now.
Neither have friendly Street tires, but mag ride of z06 will be much friendlier than DSSV set up of 1LE
Cars offer drastic different experience and target different customers.
A lot of z07 cars are automatic convertibles.
1LE's are like the GM GtX Porsche offering that needs to be at track.
