What goes in to thought when designing the heat exchanger on how much heat it can handle/dissipate?
I find it odd that both Weapon X and Prospeed use 2 inch cores and this one is half as thick?
Then on the other hand the ADM one is barely over an inch to..
Does anyone have the idea on the sweet spot for thickness at magnuson? Thick isn't always a good thing and cores manufacture plays a big part in the game..
Is a thicker one required for bigger builds?

Good catch I thought the same thing! From everything I’m reading looks like these blower suffer a lot from heat soak. It will be fun to swap it out for a bigger one and see what happens?
I wonder if by making it thicker the air flow to the engine decreases making it run hotter? Interesting for sure why so thin!
