the manifold came with some fittings and lines, just for those purposes, i presume. i believe i recall seeing a 90 elbow among them. you'll also need a vacuum source on the manifold for a catch can/pcv. the basics.
my contact has mine, now. hopefully he can get it scanned and give me some good news. id like to see a straight runner about 160 mm long.
