If you do the work yourself and could remove it before selling down the line then probably not a bad idea, but if you have to pay for labor then I'd trade up. You will lose a lot of money eventually selling down the line or pay to have it removed too. Also kit + labor + tune adds up quick and never ends. Used cars are going for a premium right now.
