Nope! You can get 1/2" longer studs in but not 1". It's quick and easy to take the caliper and rotor off, about the same amount of work as grinding the studs anyways.
I usually spring for ARP, especially since I'll be using 26mm spacers but they are out of stock. I used these Dorman studs, worked fine and costs $25. PTC are prolly fine and even cheaper. Dorman are ~5mm longer and I recognize the brand.
