Yes, deletes all cats on the SS. They retain all (4) O2 sensors, but it will throw a check engine light since there are not any cats. You will have to get it tuned for no cats anyway and the tuner can tune out the CEL for the O2 sensors.
Here is a pic of them installed on my car to the stock exhaust, took about 2 hours, start to finish on a lift.
