There are a lot of posts out there on this, I know I saw some on the Corvette forum when I was doing mine. Unfortunately mine were in for powder coat when I read about it’s heat limitations, but the final straw for me was when I went to assemble them and the brake fluid from the seals damaged the finish. I had them stripped a second time and went with Cerakote. The Cerakote is unaffected by brake fluid. Look for companies that do ceramic coated headers.
