The buyers advantage of buying a relatively high mileage car 'new' is that the calendar starts for the warranty period at the date of sale, and the buyer can honestly claim he is the original owner when he goes to sell.
The fact that it has that many miles (and maybe some wear) should be reflected in the discounted price, so if the condition is good and price is low enough, it may be a good deal for the right buyer. I personally wouldn't touch it unless it was heavily discounted.
