This listed started as a file I was making notes in every time I read a post about something broken from the factory. Paint, obviously. But the "gas cap" (I didn't know what to call it) was shown in a picture as sticking out when closed, so I added it.
This list could be (and should be) split into two: Items which will prevent the car from being accepted as is (paint, dents, etc) and items which would be fixed under warranty. People seem to be a lot more motivated when they don't have your money yet.
