For the 1LE it is 20 TRACK HRS (about 10 days assuming 4x30min sessions per day) for both the diff and the tranny. Albeit I believe the tranny calls for 24hrs. But I always have them done together.
Away from the car now so no access to the manual. It is either in the main manual under Performance Driving, or in the HP Supplement - can't recall now.
This assumes you track the car regularly. If not std maint intervals apply and they are listed under Maintenance I think for each component incl the above two.
