Did they ever tell you what they did exactly? Did they just tune the MAF? Or did they do some other stuff? I was having the exact same issue with mine the other day. My tuner changed some fueling and torque adjustments at idle and it atleast idles a little bit better now and doesn't sound cammed, but it still fluctuates a little more than it used to I think.
