I’d be inclined to agree with above. It can take weeks or sometimes even longer to burn off even the smallest amount of spilled synthetic oil. Just because you can’t readily see it, doesn’t mean it’s not there. I had the same long term interior vent smell when I changed the oil for the first time on my 2016. Drove me nuts for maybe a month... (not a daily driver)
