Forgot to include that E content was a shade under 77 and the DA was just under zero (-16) after my first pass yest.

E at 77% will take 30* of timing with no KR. DA should have helped you out a bit with this. The TB closure is due to three tables, well six actually. The are all tied together. Your driver demand/throttle map tables need to be raised first, then the Engine allowable TQ and finally the Trans allowable TQ. After that you will need to get into the Torque Coefficient tables if those tables don't take car of all of it. I just tuned a GS last week with my heads and ported top end. When the TB blade closed to 70% we lost 40rw on the dyno. I made further adjustments and all was well. Welcome to making power bro.
