I think one major thing that everyone overlooks with the 1.1 orifice on the foam cannon is that it causes your machine to work harder and draw more current. Depending on what your pressure washer is rated for, this could shorten it's life or even trip your breaker if you are on a 15 amp circuit and the 1.1 orifice causes a draw of over 15 amps. Most pressure washers it will be okay, but not all, so I think this is worth mentioning, especially for cheaper electric pressure washers that already have a sub 100 hour life at best.

I use a 1.25 orifice on my foam cannon and I get excellent thick foam. To truly get more foam, it's far more important to have a pressure washer that can pump out higher GPM than anything else. Ideally you want to be at 2.0 but generally most recommend a minimum of 1.3 GPM.
