Looking at the pic it appears to show a point of impact leading to the issue.

Second, normal wear and tear is not covered.

Third, you have to take tie wheel off the car to even see it. Dude I’m the pickiest person when it comes to this and this wouldn’t make my top 100 complaints on my car………..and I don’t have 100 complaints.
