Mine was done by Jannetty Racing, too, not exactly local but well worth the 2-hour drive. The trans is just about perfect after his tune, shifts are crisp in performance mode and smooth when cruising, no shudder whatsoever. The throttle lag is also gone (although I did also have them add the LT5 throttle body).

They are not cheap, but fair and transparent, and know full well what they're doing, you won't be disappointed. In other words, you do get what you pay for.
