Dr Color chip method where you dab paint on it and smear it across the damage then buff with their solvent is the most amazing owner paint repair method I've ever tried. Its hard to evaluate your pics But I'd buff it out, first, then evaluate what paint method you think you can employ. I don't at all recommend a (novice) owner wet sand and blend all that, that's rather complex that you can foul up really easy.
