When you reached the 250km/h was it top speed or just the highway was too short. You should reach the 290km/h quite easily.

Yes, I purchased the GM CAI. The package had a code to be used by the dealer for “payment” but I didn’t have to provide my VIN directly. I believe the “steeler” did use it to retrieve the tune from GM while the car was in their possession. They had it for 1-1/2 hours just to perform the tune. I don’t know exactly what is involved in that process. I imagine that is has to be an authorized GM agent to be able to retrieve the tune. They are tied to the VIN someway. Adam may know more about that.
