Hate to say this, not many tire choces at all if you want 40k miles especially when the tires/wheels on the Camaro cant be rotated from front to rear.
Most you will get is around 20k-25k miles out of a set of tires. For me I will always say the Continental DWS06 or the Michelin Pilot AS/3. Those are the two best high performance all season tires on the market.
We have the DWS06 on the wifes Audi SQ5, they do great here in OKC. Even with 5k mile rotations we only got 30k miles out of them when one got damaged beyond repair and we had to get another set.
