Definitely not a waste, this combination is the best thing I’ve seen. I think the Eraser step is not necessary unless you applied by hand or in a hurry to apply a coating. What I’ve learned from this is generally good idea to wait a while for the Essence to fully cure and I believe this depends on the climate.
