Yes!

Was fun.

Somewhat nervous feeling.

Feel like I need practice. Couldn't always do what I wanted at the line.

For example, I don't do burnouts in competitive drive mode. I do them with just traction control off. Then I set the car for competition mode. Issue is I was pulling up to the staging and almost went too far. Had to hit the brakes on the second light. Then I forogt to get into the launch.

I was rushing myself. In reality I should set what I want after I burnout before I pull up to stage. But I just wanted to move along and keep things smooth.

This is the only 1/4mi track from key west up to west palm beach.

There's an 1/8 that isn't prepped.

You get 4 runs in. 5 if you get lucky and arrive at the front of the line because someone didn't know how many lanes they had (I had a friend who was there before and lane 1 was empty).

So from 6-10pm (usually it ends at 930 to prep track for the "real cars") I got 5 runs in. My friend who goes a lot said 3 is the norm. 4 is great and 5 is cheating.

So you wait and wait. No crashes. No spilled oil or car breaking.

But it was still fun. Good atmosphere. Most people were nice. Some even wanted to take my money (race for money).

So I had a good time.

And look forward to going again.

Beats the speeding tickets.
