Driveline vibrations have been an issue with the S550. That doesn't mean that everyone will have it, but it is an issue. And it is serious enough that there are tons of complaints about it. Also the clunking in between shifts, most notably the 1>2 shift.

Mine had it so bad I got a new driveshaft under warranty. Didn't help much.
