I'll be a nervous wreck while it's on the dyno. If at all possible, I'll be working the pedals. The tuner working the his pc magic.

I feel your pain. I do as much as I can myself.

My suggestion would be a road tune vs a dyno tune. If you do that you would be in control plus better results.
