You don't need to do any of that. As long as you don't move it they will be fine. Mine sits in the garage between 20-30 degrees during winter every year. Every now and then when it's a little warmer I roll it a couple inches here or there to avoid flatspots.(See note above about 24hrs worth of warmer beforehand) I was worried at first but after 4 winters, i'd say there is nothing to worry about if you're not driving it. Just park it in nov/dec and walk away till february. That's my experience with them at least.
