I bought the intake from
http://thatgmpartsguy.com and took it to my dealer. I told them that I wanted it tuned for it to be 50 state carb legal. The website says that they cannot charge you for the tune. Just the labor to put it on. So in short, yes, the tune is included in the price if you're taking it to the dealer. They quoted me $60 for labor.
