No, we will not do this service, but it has been done at least in some capacity on our Forged end. The easiest way would be to order a 3-piece wheel and just select the inner barrel finish the color you want, like a Brushed Red. With a 1-piece wheel it's much more difficult which is why we do not offer this, but others have done it on their own.
