The most economical way would be to fix it yourself......JB Weld for filler, sand, buy matching paint, paint damaged areas to blend, wet sand or use polishing compound to blend. The best way, as already suggested is bring it to a wheel shop for a professional repair. But cost will most likely be around $100 or more.
