Just thought I'd add my own observation here. For me it's the same as the rest, 3rd and 4th, although I think it's worse in 4th than 3rd. Also, it's not just acceleration, I get it if I engine brake in 4th gear as well, so it happens in both directions. Though on regular roads it's hard to really notice the engine braking occurence, I really noticed it distinctly when I was driving on some glassy smooth brand new asphalt that was extremely quiet and vibration-free otherwise.
Would like to know a fix, as the feeling is bothersome. If it's just replacing some driveline mounts with something stiffer, I'm game.
