I made a left turn at a light last week, a truck went into left lane, a car into right, and I was in the center. The truck started to move into my lane so I just pressed on the pedal to move past, not foot to the floor, just throttle to get out of the way. Rear end IMMEDIATLY stepped out to my left, the rear end had to have come within inches of the truck coming into my lane. There is just so much torque down low so quickly. Happened in the blink of an eye, and to be honest I just got lucky. Transmission didn't downshift, just rolled on and broke loose!

I will probably be switching to a ProCharger at some point in the future to tame the low end down some, my father has an ECS on his 2017 GS and the powerband is very, very usable...
^^^^ This. I am at 706 rwhp and traction is a huge issue, particularly on cold tires. I actually had mine re-tuned to take some of the low end torque away. It was actually a little scary at times. I was merging onto the highway and punched it to pass a car and the rear end kicked out. That will get your attention very quickly. I am trying to decide what tire to add. It is a tough decision. Hard to find tires that are a good combination for street/track/cornering and come in the right size.
